Hello, I am not sure how long this bug has existed, but I am reporting it because the bug that has plagued me for a long time was caused by start11.
The defects occur in applications that own their own window frame, such as Android emulators (e.g. Bluestack5) and CHITUBOX, which is slicer software used in 3D printers.
When dragging windows with unique frames, the behavior becomes erratic, and the window may fly off the screen. Furthermore, since most applications with custom frames do not support repositioning through keyboard shortcuts, a forced shutdown of the application is required.
The issue occurs with the 'Give the taskbar rounded corners' option in the taskbar settings. I share the video for your review.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NTKlEaUgsR0N176iVmcHpKBmdiiKHQRa/view?usp=sharing
Thank you.
When using Start 11 (v2.07 in Windows 10 Style) the task bar will auto-hide when the menu is active. To be like Windows 10, this should not happen. Also to emulate Windows 10 the menu should disappear when the mouse leaves. Start 11 requires an explicit click outside the menu area.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know your Windows 11 full build number. Please use Winver.exe.

Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe, this is unique issue to some extent. Please create your own thread and we will try to help you there.
Thank you.Basj,Stardock Community Assistant.
The "Reboot" and "Log out" functions no longer do anything.
Windows 11 22H2 (OS Build 22621.3447)
A clarification. This seems to only happen on the secondary monitor, behavior is as it should be on the primary monitor.
It would be nice if either:
Windows App Style or Pro Style had the ability to change the background color of the icon instead of just the group color or adding a tint to it. You know, background color like the Windows 10 one. I just bought it, it's nice, but it'll be better once that is added in my opinion.
Start11 2.0.7Windows 11 build 22631.3447It's possible to open two right click menus at the same time on the Taskbar if you right click on any program and then right click on an empty space on the Taskbar:But this needs to be done in the above order. Because if you first right click on the Taskbar and then on an app, it will work correctly and just show one menu.
Where do we find support for the recent update that we paid for? Not a beta product I hope. Start11 v2.07 for Windows 10pro.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. You should post your issue in your own new thread, here in Start Menu Product forum. We will try to help you from there.
Apparently there is an update to 2.07. I downloaded and installed, restarted but am still being told there is an update (and the version didn't change from 2.07 in Start11 either).
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
Thank you,Basj,Stardock Community Assistant.
I've been using V2.07 (w/latest retail Win11 build) for a couple of weeks now, and I just wanted to report how happy I am with the upgrade.
Dual booting Win 10 & 11, I've been a long time user of the Windows 7 Style, but have recently switched to the Windows Pro Style on 11.
The configuration options for the LH panel are really comprehensive, and a big improvement on the single column in Win 7 Style. Things I would like to see, are the ability to widen the RH panel (only option is to reduce atm) and the ability to somewhat compact the rows vertically. On my WIn 7 Style setup, I had several extra rows which won't quite fit in the Pro Style panel.
Other than that, a huge thank you to the team for this fantastic software! Windows 11 in particular is just painful to use without it.
(edit - oh, and the integration with Everything for search is the icing on the cake, brilliant!)
I first want to know if there is actually an update to Start11.
The amount of times I've been told to purge and reinstall Start11 is not funny anymore.
The latest current version release for Start11v2 is v2.07. If you already installed v2.07, and if it still said you have an update to install. Something might not going properly when you last install the software. That is why we asked you to try purge and reinstall. Reboot between purge and install and reboot again after that is important so that all files get replace properly. Report back if it still happening.
Thank you,

Hi,
I see the latest update was 10th April. I check frequently for updates and this behaviour did not occur yesterday or the last few weeks.
It appears I have been purging and reinstalling Start11 a lot. I would like to stop having to do this. How do I prevent the need for this course of action? It doesn't save my product key when I uninstall and it is a hassle trying to distinguish between the two keys I have in my account (before it listed which computer they're assigned to, or if not yet allocated - last time I needed a key, I couldn't tell).
I'm having the same issue...notification of an update even though I have the current version.
I haven't had any automatic update notifications so far, but if i manually check for updates it will say there's a new version, even though i'm on the latest version. After testing out the previous beta version i uninstalled it and removed all settings. Then restarted. Then installed 2.07 and restored my settings from a backup file. I did things the same way with all of the previous beta versions as well, but sometimes i wouldn't restore my settings from a backup file and they all still found an update when i manually checked. I forgot to report the issue at the time though.Haven't tried doing a purge but as long as i don't get update notifications then i'm not that bothered.
It seems that I can't pin files to pinned icons on the taskbar.
For instance, I have Microsoft Word pinned to my taskbar, and I wanted to pin a Microsoft Word document to it. Unfortunately, it seems that I can't pin said document to the Microsoft Word icon in the taskbar.
Open the Word document that you want to pin and then close it. Now, right click Word on your taskbar and in the Recent list highlight the Word file you want to pin and click the "push pin" icon.
Make sure this is turned on in Windows settings.
I have v2.07 installed on three different machines and all of them prompted me to install an update, after which I rebooted and all still say I'm at 2.07. I think this issue is wider spread than it seems.
Installed on 4 computers, and still prompt for update, even cleaned, rebooted, reinstalled, alls computers are up-to-date, the issue come up since yesterday, before that Start11 V2 say i am up-to-date.
Windows 10 IoT LTSC 21H2 build 19044.4291.
Please fix these annoying issue, thanks.
Is this a manual check for updates or automatic?
Sorry for answer instead, but here the notification appear on manual check for update
