Guys, I don't want to sound always negative in this forum, but who xxxxxxxxxx got the idea to place "Autohide" taskbar context menu option on the spot, from where people launch Task manager last 20 years? Omg just put it away or give me option to hide off this nonsence. I accidentaly hide my taskbar like 20x a day. I'm rolling back to Start11 v1 because this bugged nonsense, for which I payed again, really didn't get any better since initial release.
Another bug I got after last update is, that like 5x a day, the hover thumbnail of the window get stucked and won't hide even after a minute.
Have a nice day. Best reagards Jiri

Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, language please. Don't need to use harsh word to convey your issue.

Ouch, sorry about that. Just there isn't day I would not have to deal with some system bugs since my company forced me to upgrade to Windows 11. It's either wrongly detected monitor screens or usb dock error etc. I wouldn't be suprised if those glitches in your software were a Microsoft's fault too. Original MS taskbar buttons don't event resize when title of window changes.
Anyway, I've downgraded back to Start11 v1.5 and everything works fine, everything is much smoother and menus have a much faster response times.
I plan to migrate to linux asap, the quality in which Microsoft ships their software lately is really frustrating.
I can understand the frustration when something is where something else used to be.
The software does have a way to disable this.
Create a string key called S11_ShowAutoHideOnTaskbar in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Stardock\Start8\Start8.ini\Start8 and give it a value of "0" and then sign out and in again.
Start11v2 Beta 2.0.7.0 fixed this issue for you.
Adds in checkbox to control if the autohide option on the right-click taskbar menu should show or not. Only visible in UI when on Win11 and when enhanced taskbar is enabled.
Updated to the beta. Thank you for adding this option to remove it. Decades of muscle memory were getting wrecked by this. And while it's only been a day, I think this beta has fixed the phantom taskbar thumbnail issue as well. This is the first day I haven't had the problem in weeks.
Thanks for fast reply. I've rolled back to v1.5 which fixed all isues, feels much smoother and faster so I stay with it.
