Those Rainmeter apps are not part of the Sakura theme. You will have to install Rainmeter (free) [Link] to use those & Rainlendar calendar if you want that. Can I ask where is your start menu from? Is it from a skin? What skin?
The start menu is from the Sakura windowblind. You will need both Windowblinds 10/11 & Start 10/11 for that to show.
Right now I'm using the Lazulight Enhanced Theme by bleumart. The wallpaper, I picked up from the web.
