ThanksBasj,Stardock Community Assistant.
thankyou so much it worked , just one more question i have a account image set but with start 11 it just shows black...how can i fix that ?
First, please try reboot and see if that work.
If that don't work. Please post screenshot of what you're seeing on your system. If possible, also share the file of your account image so we can check if the issue is something with that image.
Thank you,

this is what i am seeing
and this is my account image
@basj i cannot post more as site says thats my limit as new user here is the image
The image is custom made or available for download. Need to test it on my system. Also, if you load any other image do you still get black image on Start11?
I tested your user image. And I can change my user image to the image your send me and it work fine. I just need to reboot after applying this picture to my user image.
On another style.
You mentioned this happen on any image, yes? Does the image appear if you using the default Windows start panel?
yes sir any image doesnt work no matter what i do it doesnt work...and i started new topic because i was told to do so on discord channel
First, if you also have black user image on Windows default start panel, than it is not Start11 issue. It is more likely Windows account issue. Please try using this steps to check you Windows system.
Please try the following:
-For Win10/11 Users: Open the Start Screen, and type 'cmd'. Right-click on the search result and select 'Run as administrator' from below.
-For 7 Users: click Start, in the start search field type 'cmd'. Right-click on the search result and select 'Run as administrator'.
-Type: sfc /scannow
-Wait for the scan to complete (this can take several minutes)
Some help on how this looks should you need it:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system
If the SFC finds errors, but cannot fix them, please also run the following command in the same command prompt window:
dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

The above command should assist with replacing any damaged or problematic system files. Please note, however, since it may require restoring certain files, this process can take some time and you will need to be patient until it has completed.
Please let me know whether this resolves your problem or if you have any additional questions.
