Thanks for the offer... there’s just an error... it is not 46,90 € - 44,58 € = 2,32 € of discount (so a 4,077% discount (that’s look so generous, isn’t it - jk inside) but...
44,58 - 34,99 = 9,59 € so an increase of 27,40 % (their discount sucks... but when they shear a sheep they don’t joke anymore...
Well, or you don’t explain everything, or you just try to rob us...
By the way, 44 € for this software... you joke, doesn’t it? I have just bought Opus 13 36 € (yes upgrade) with 2 years update and believe me, the software has 35 times more value than fences 5.
Please, Stardock, wake up... cause at these prices, you will loose a loyal consumer since 2008.

Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Hmm... I have not a problem if the prices you display on your website are these ones....
I said it, at these prices, you won’t get my money. So, or this is an error that impacts everybody and you should correct that, or it is not an error and then I consider you just try to rob your loyal customers... and then here, believe me, it is not just my money you won’t get... I will cease to follow stardock softwares....
That’s your call... it is up to Stardock. But I won’t create a support ticket to get a confirmation that the price you ask is right...
(edit btw it seems I was already a customer in 2001 as I see that I joined the forum this year... 23 years... )
Sorry, your question, I can't answer them, and I don't know what happened. It is best, if you wish, to raise your concern directly to support so that the can check internally where the issue lays. I am just on the outside that have limitation on what I can do and check.

I think you are getting hit with VAT tax on the final price.
I work in the income administration, i can affirm you that it is not the VAT.
"Discounted" price is 27% above normal price (and we don't speak here about the outrageous price increase between fences 4 and fences 5).
Also "comprend la TVA" means "this price involves VAT"..
Looking at it, I think the mistake is that TVA is not true. VAT does not appear to be included.
Fences costs 29.99 in US dollars and we do not have VAT in our country. Unless I am making a mistake in your currency the price listed equals the US price without the VAT tax on the website.
The truth is most people feel the Fences 5 permanent license cost is really high. It is even more brutal with VAT tax included.
My recommendation if you want a permanent license is to wait for the steam release later in February and see if the price gets better then.
If you look closely at the screenshot you seem to have two products in the cart. Probably fences 5 subscription and fences 5 non subscription. That's why it is even higher.
