When I enable "Start 11 autohide mode" I can't get the taskbar to show back up on the main monitor unless I press the Windows key on my keyboard. I can drag my mouse cursor down all I want but it won't bring the taskbar back up. I've since had to disable autohide.
The only workaround that I can see is keeping the Start11 Config screen always open, not even minimized; it has to be open somewhere on the desktop for the taskbar to be able to be pulled back up.
This is an issue in both the current stable version as well as the beta version (which I'm running).
Need to know few more thing, since, I still can not reproduce your issue on my system.

Taskbar pins are user pins and not something the uninstaller can remove itself as it did not create them.
Look like you have all black wallpaper or you set your windows background to solid dark color?
Also it might be due to high refresh rate on your monitor Alienware. Is it possible if you can, as a test, just run on one of your other monitor, hopefully with lower refresh rate. And, see if the issue still the same.

My background is a solid black color with no wallpaper. I changed the background color to green and adjusted the monitor refresh rate to 60Hz, similar to all the other monitors. I recorded a new video to demonstrate that the issue still persists on the monitor. I'm beginning to suspect that Start 11 may not be fully compatible with ultrawide monitors resolutions for some reason.
I have not made any alterations to UAC in any way. The only modification I've made to Windows is installing Start 11.
Thanks for sharing that information. It seems like users might assume that, since you can't natively do this in Windows and Start 11 has the option to pin folders to the taskbar, Start 11 is responsible for this capability.
On an unrelated note: I would also like to share that posting on the forums has become increasingly difficult. Each time I attempt to reply or interact with my account, it consistently will not allow me to login. At one point, I received a too many redirects error.

So I wonder if both system have Alienware Command Center installed. And, from what I read Alienware Command Center do have some kind on desktop overlay introduced on your desktop. Is it possible to disable Alienware Command Center or at least disable that overlay as a test and see if that is causing this issue.

I followed your instructions, I'm running the beta now. Same issue. The issue seems to start when the monitor has been to sleep.
I went back to Start 11 v1, same issue. Very strange. Other things that have changed since this issue started. I got a bigger monitor with bigger resolution and more display scaling. I updated Nvidia drivers and LG's OnScreen Control. Must be one of these other things or a combination.

Well, I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one having this issue. Too bad the developers can't seem to reproduce this bug that several people have.
That's especially odd as Start11 v1 does not implement the autohide as it is a new in v2 feature. It uses the OS option complete with the single row restriction and taskbar at the bottom only in v1.
It is worth noting that if the OS autohide is enabled then the start 11 v2 one is disabled so do check your settings.
You can tell them apart in use because the start11 one fades in and the OS one slides.
I wasn't using the v2 taskbar. Auto-hide was always via Windows. I'm back to v2 non-beta. The issue has not returned yet.
Still awaiting an update for this.

However, the Vertically centre the taskbar buttons on the taskbar under Enhanced Taskbar Settings isn't working; they are staying left justified on the taskbar. It was working before turning on Enhanced Taskbar Settings.
I've noticed that the auto-hide issue is still happening; but not constantly. I'm trying to figure out what could be causing it. I will continue to test.

That setting is purely for vertical alignment so that would be normal. Based on your other bug reports I would recommend you disable that option.
If you want to centre horizontally this is a setting on the start button page.
