I own five individual Start11 licenses (all purchased before the 5-PC offering was introduced). How can I proceed with the v2.0 license upgrade? Am I eligible for an upgrade discount for each license if they're all under the same Stardock account? If not, could they be "consolidated" into one 5-PC key for Start 11 v2.0, assuming I cover the upgrade cost for each? -- I would much rather prefer this option, for the sake of convenience.

Hello,For account related question, such as yours, it best to raise a ticket for it. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Actually from what I understand OP license a bit different that the normal 5 pack license and I believe its well before Oct 2023. That is why I suggested the OP to raise a Support ticket so that get his situation sort out directly from support.

Yes, that's indeed the situation -- the licenses were purchased back in October 2021, over two years ago.I've submitted a ticket and am awaiting a reply.
