Hi, I have the latest versions of Windows 11 Pro, Notepad and Groupy 2. When Groupy 2 is not running Notepad works OK and when Groupy 2 is running, Notepad gets freezing. Anyone can help?

When I Open Notepad while Groupy 2 is running
I also have that problem in Windows 11 pro Every time I open Windows Notepad it freeze up and crash

By crash do you mean you cannot click in the notepad area but can type in it?
Rather than actual crashing?
i mean when i start up and click on it I get nosponds then I use to use task manager to to close it it
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. I can not reproduce your issue on my system. Would like to recommend to do the uninstall Groupy2, reboot immediately, re-download latest Groupy2. Install it, reboot again and retest it. Report back.
BTW, I am on Windows Notepad 11.2302.26.0

Hi, I did what you suggested, uninstalled, downloaded last version and re-installed, still Notepad crashes, freezes.If in the general settings of Groupy 2 I turn off Groupy 2 for this account. Notepad works OK
Just to verify, you also on same Notepad version? To get to Notepad Settings page, click on that cog wheel top right just below the close button.

I did update my Notepad to match your version, but I still cannot reproduce your issue. And you sure you on Groupy V2.11 not V2.1, yes?
BTW, have you tried uninstall Notepad, reboot and reinstall notepad to see if that help.

So you did not get the latest version, please download and install the latest version Groupy 2.11 from your product account page.
OK, so now I am with Groupy 2 version 2.11 and I have the same problem. This might will help, in Notepad when I try to enter the settings, I get the settings of Groupy 2 instead.

Did you restart the system immediately after installation finished? And, it might be conflicting with other application on your system. Would like to suggest doing Cleanboot to test that: https://forums.stardock.com/488142/groupy-support-faq#cleanboot

Here is what I get on my system. And your notepad look a little different than mine. The Setting switch is on the right (cogwheel). The one you open is Groupy Setting. Not sure why the Notepad cogwheel do not appear on your system. Try match your groupy setting with what I show in my video and see if you can get what I saw. Or you can instead post what is your groupy setting on your system and I will try to match it on my system and try to see if the issue also appear on my system
Hi, copied your Groupy 2 settings. Notepad is still frozen (Not Responding). what changed is that I am not getting anymore the Groupy 2 settings from within Notepad.
I just want to add, my settings before were legitimate, I have problems only with Notepad to my knowledge.The cog appearing on the left or the right might be because my system includes the Hebrew language.
