Is there ONE PLACE where I can see EXACTLY how large/small the logos, small picture, foreground & background pictures of a new civilization have to be? file type, size, and where exactly they are to be stored? I'd love to make my own personalized civilization without using the ones provided by Stardock or piggybacking off others' work.
Hello! When you click to edit portrait in the civ maker, it provides all the information you are asking, likewise when you click others like edit foreground.
