I understand your unhappiness with the franchises and their overly zealous, financially driven guarding of their merchandising (ubermerchandising) of their team stuff.
Curtains can't work with W11, and won't. More's the shame, because it was designed to bring more people into skinning. Thank MS for that, too.
I can also well understand your hesitancy in taking on Windowblinds skinning. I wish we had a club in which all the skinners and would be skinners could get together to share the "tricks of the trade", as it were, maybe building skins together, but Forums and posting will have to do in the meantime, I guess.
Perhaps Discord could be a place for that with the occasional live stream where we can join in and follow along? And participate in a more better way than this ancient forum back end.

It does work on Windows 11 Urban1. It may have minor issues of course though that I pray will be resolved by Stardock soon. Overall though, it works fine.

Currently, Apogee icon II is missing the ApogeeII.iconpackage and cannot be installed via iconpackage.

Apogee II does not appear to be in the skins Gallery, caoxianit. Only c242's Apogee II add on icons are currently in the gallery. Either the iconpackage you're looking for was withdrawn by the artist, or it was lost in the recent data center crash.
