I just reinstalled (to version 1.4.0.4) and the issue with click to bring windows previews is still the same. Hover works fine, but I'm moving cursor on icon and instantly clicking what causes the previews not to open at all.System tray labels are not empty anymore, but are aligned to the stock big taskbar:
I asked about StartAllBack on Discord but never used it. I'm using only Start11 and PowerToys.

If you set the taskbar to medium size does your issue continue?
Yes, it happens on every size when enhance the taskbar is on.You can see it here, hover works, but clicking bugs it:

I use two external monitors that connect to my laptop pc through a docking station. The left monitor is my main monitor. However, I have display issues with the Start11 taskbar after working satisfactorily for months. My taskbars are along the top edge of my screens.
The icons in the left monitor's taskbar is positioned below the edge of the screen, not along the actual edge. Also, the taskbar icons, systray, etc. are not visible. There is no issue with the taskbar displayed on my right monitor.
I want to send a screenshot but I don't see an option to attached photos to these messages.
If you are not using the latest 1.4 beta from today please install it.
Installed Start11_1.4.0.4-j287-Setup_sd.exe -> same thing:

That link gives me a Phishing warning, Woozie... Can you upload it to something else, OneDrive, GoogleDrive, even YouTube?
Your OS has changed due to the optional patch you installed.Unfortunately thats the new min size for the default start button in that OS. Nothing to do with Start11 changes.
I don't know if this is related or not but I'm noticing that the "Default" Start11 Start icon (not the one in the snips above, the one that's actually called Default) is smaller than the rest of the available Start11 Start icons and smaller than the rest of the icons. Is this something I can fix somehow?
Uninstall, reboot and reinstall as it may be files were not replaced correctly.
Also does your computer offer the touch optimized taskbar in Windows taskbar settings?
Thank's for the updates!I installd the latest Beta_Version Start 11 v1.4.0.2I set the transparency from the Taskbar to 10% - udate the explorer.exe and everyting is fine. After Sleep Mode the the transparency of the Tasbar is gone.In the settings of Start11 the transparency from the Taskbar still to 10%.Restart exlorer.exe activates the transparency again. Can somebody reproduce this behavior or is this a lokal one?Thank's in advance for your help!
Start11 beta has been updated to 1.4.0.4 - changing taskbar to small doesn't work. My version is trial.
użyj opcji restart explorer
Small taskbar is only available if you do not have autohide taskbar enabled and you enable the enhanced taskbar option in Start11.
1.4.0.4 is the latest beta. But we will investigate this to see if we can reproduce it.
Does the taskbar turn solid or 100% transparent?
at 1.4.0.4 -j287 issue is still present
for me most stable ver is 1.4.0.2-j285

Uninstall > reboot > install Start11_1.4.0.4-j287-Setup_sd.exe > reboot > same result. BTW "Optimize taskbar for touch" checked or not > same result.

If you disable the enhanced taskbar setting in Start11 what does it look like?

Do you mean Windows scaling? System > Display > Custom scaling > 140or Taskbar scaling?

It looks like this might be being caused by the unusual custom scaling factor of 140%.
We are investigating further.
