i just bought a one year subscription on wincustomize.org BUT
nearly 2 hours later my status remains the same and I cannot download because I have reached the download limit...
BUT I subscribed! what's wrong? maybe I should wait a bit more
or there is something wrong?
PLEASE HELP...

Hi, If you look on your profile, then click on Wincustomize site, it says you are a subscriber. Perhaps now it works for you!

Seems like you have subscribed with your forum account. You really only need one, and you can merge them here: [Link]

IF I am to make a suggestion , all this problem is because our emails ARE NOT listed in our
profiles.... they should, shouldn't they? Why not list the email in the profile ?
this is the normal with every internet! account i have.... in my profile ALL my data are listed...
But hey, who am I to judge you! this is only a suggestion : in our profiles, our registered emails
should be listed by default....

Maybe a bit tricky to find, but it's there.
At Home at wincustomize.com , click on Forums in the top banner
Then click on Account on the next page
And finally, click on the Login and you will see your e-mail registered for Wincustomize.
Its basically the same at Stardock Forums. You can access your account details by clicking on your user icon in the upper right, and choose Account
Hope this makes it a bit clearer!
