Yes, as I swap what is pinned in Excel application or open new files these are not reflected in Start11.
Win Key no longer works after updating windows (OS build: 22621.1105)
Also wanted to point out that if you have the Windows Start Menu pinned in the Start11 Start Menu, and you open that up but then move your mouse down to the Start Button, and click it a few times - you can frequently have the Start11 Start Menu bugging out behind the Windows one. (attempting to animate up into existence and then flashing away, over and over again).
BTW - this issue and the other one (UCA one) both exist on upgrades but also now fresh installs.

-Why anyone with beta 1.38 installed will not automatically be prompted to update to 1.39.
