My Object Desktop subscription has expired, so am I no longer able to download Start11 beta versions?

The 1.32 beta has solved my issue with hiding notification area icons when taskbar is 2 rows.

However, I still get a scrambled desktop whenever I activate taskbar autohide.

I had a thought of rearranging the desktop icons to normal/desired while in the autohide mode, but that presents a new issue that is still present in the beta. When autohide is switched on, the taskbar goes to one row and is locked that way. I have to turn off autohide, then turn off Lock all Taskbars. Autohide and multiple taskbar rows are mutually exclusive.

So, even if the icons were staying where they need to be, I’m back to my original issue of not being able the set the taskbar to 2 rows.

FYI, my target is an autohiding taskbar that is 2 rows high and all the desktop doesn't get scrambled.

If you're looking for misc issues, how about apps that won't attach to the taskbar?

Also, I can't pin certain folders to the taskbar either, mainly all the Windows User's folders. Documents, Downloads, Music, Videos, etc.

On another note, any possibility you folks could restore the Toolbar functionality to the taskbar? I have several apps that lose a lot of usability without their added toolbar.

Yes, enhanced taskbar, centered start button, 3 monitors, as always.

I'm just amazed/confused that a customization app could affect startup programs.

This is not a big issue, it's really just a question.

It appears that if the number of characters in the path to an image file is longer than 128 characters, Start11 will not load the image file to the start menu when using the "Pick custom tile image" context menu. I discovered this when attempting to load an image of a file nested pretty deep in folders. If I moved the file up one folder in the nest, it worked. I copied the paths and pasted them into Notepad so I could get a character count, and found that over 128 characters seemed to be the issue.

Is this 128 character limit a limitation with Start11, or with Windows 10?

issue with taskbar icons still exists in 1.33

Comparing Taskbar 1px top border color with Beta version 1.34 with 1.31 Release version
I noticed Start11default initial color of the Taskbar border at 100% opaque with Beta version changed for me to #414141.

New problem with Start 11 1.34 BETA version (Win 11 Pro - 22H2 OS build 22621.819)
Go to Configure Start11... - Taskbar - Taskbar blur, transparency, and color and move transparency slider to 0% solid.
When you move transparency slider back to 100% solid/fully opaque, color of the top taskbar border is
no longer #414141, instead it's the much darker #232323 now.
A Restart of Windows Explorer while opaqueness percentage is greater than 0, changes the color of Taskbar top border back to #414141 at fully opaque.
this older example .zip archive still shows my general settings for Windows 11 Pro 22621.819 and Start11 v1.34 Beta

I would like to see these changes in this context:
1) changing transparency value to 0% solid and back into opaque direction should restore the original predefined color of the 1px Taskbar border
2) add a 201 steps Black to White color levels control slider to manually define the initial Taskbar border "brightness" - or instead let us at least choose between 2 predefined color tones (brighter or darker), for example #414141 and #232323
Since this extra Taskbar border element is a constituent component of Windows 11 it would be a very practical feature to introduce a #000000 to #ffffff adjustable Brightness slider with 201 levels(adjust Value Channel Output of Color in 0.5 steps from 0.0 . . . 100) to synchronize it manually with a general brighter or darker Taskbar to provide people with an option to make this horizontal 1px separation more or less showy.

Question:

Do you plan on implementing a support for toolbars in the taskbar? For example BatteryBar, etc. 

Implement the magnifying glass search icon without the word "Search" that build 22621,900 added.

Implement this as an option in the enhanced toolbar.

No other software like Vivetool can change this from this build.

Still no option to change the search icon at the bottom
