I am really glad I pulled the trigger on Start11 for my home PCs and the taskbar ungrouping feature is going to be awesome. I can't imagine I'm the only one to face this issue, but I want to report it just in case. After enabling the ungrouping I have significant issues actually clicking on the taskbar and even more issues clicking on some items in the system tray. Things are still functional, and I was able to workaround by using my Windows key on the keyboard to seemingly "re-focus" or "bring to foreground" the taskbar to access most all I needed, but I had to disable the feature because there were some things like the Windows network icon I couldn't interact with at all. Sorry I don't have better info at the moment. I can't wait until this gets a release or two further down the road.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information on your system.
ThanksBasj,Stardock Community Assistant.
I've actually seen this issue as well. This seems to be mostly on my second monitor (where I have Outlook and Teams running). I'm able to Alt-Tab to any other running program, then it starts to work again.
Windows 11, 21H2 22000.556
Start 11, version 1.16
I'll have applications running on both monitors, with ungrouping on. I'll mostly be working on the primary monitor and then move to the second monitor to bring to focus another running app on that screen (icon is on the second taskbar). Clicking on the taskbar does nothing. Alt-Tab to the other running app on the second monitor and then the taskbar begins to work as expected again.
I figured all sort of people had this issue and I've been patiently (kinda) waiting for an update, LOL. Here you go:
1. Windows 11, 21H2 22000.556
2. Start 1, version 1.16
3. Yes, I mean it's like it doesn't realize the bar has been clicked on. I use a dock with two Displayport monitors running 3440x1440, and my laptop screen is on, too, and it does 1920x1200. One of the docked monitors is my primary in this configuration. As quetwo mentioned, I can do things like Alt-Tab to get it to respond again, but even then some areas like the Windows notification items (network, volume, etc.) can sometimes be impossible to click. When I turn off the taskbar ungroup feature all is well again.
Okay, I don't see it on my Windows 10 system with dual monitors. Maybe it just Windows 11 things. Anyway, I have forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

Same issue here:
2. Start 11, version 1.16 (beta)
4 monitors, Primary is 3440x1440, 2 are 1920x1080 and 3rd is 4k.
Icons are ungroupped on all monitors ok, but like above two people, the bar on some monitors becomes unresponsive sometimes.
On one other monitor the taskbar works but on the other 3 it's not accessible. I hover over the nonworking taskbars and the hover doesn't show as working. Clicking various items eventually gets the other monitors taskbars to be responsive. Other times it just becomes unresponsive for a bit.
Can still get to the windows via alt+tab, etc. So not too bad.

There will be new Start11 1.17 Beta release very soon. Hopefully that version would resolve this issue. Just watch out for its announcement.
