In Stardock Account Management (1) > Register Product (2), Start11 is not listed in the list of Products (3) so you are unable to register Start11. See screenshots below.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. I have forward your problem to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.
Also, note that when you purchase Stardock product it should automatically registered into your account. If you purchase using different email address, such as, if you paid using paypal it will usually registered under your paypal email address. If that email address is not the same as your Stardock tied email, you can merge both into your main account using this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#mergeaccounts.
Thanks

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
That is a very old page that was used to register old CD game \ software titles. Jaz is correct that the way you register now is just by activating the product with an email address.

It is advised to remove the old page to prevent confusion or updating the list when the removal is impossible.
Thanks, Ty-Rap
The issue is with Deskscapes 11 FFS.
It is Beta which is what my message said and what Stardock sold it as and it keeps wanting to re-register so does Fences 4 which I also just purchased???
Could you please forward this to someone who knows more because if I have to re-register everytime I login and use it, then it will be a total pain in the rear and I will uninstall both of them
Hey people, I appreciate that you are attempting to resolve this but it comes down to two things.
1. Deskscapes and Fences 4 were purchased, all you have to do is look at my purchase history and yes, the email addresses are correct whether I use the key supplied or online activation. The issue is Descapes and fences keep wanting to reactivate.
2. I need them to stop reactivating full-stop. How?......
Thank you.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try this guide : https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#keepsaskingactivation.
Thank you,

Same problem - Is this because the version of Deskscapes that I purchased is the 11 Beta?
It is not going away. I followed your link and the command prompt does not work for version 11 either.
We would like to know what version did you purchased? Does the activation went through? And you was asked to activate again after reboot?
I purchased these two and both said 'activation successful' and have now eight times I have done it.
Fences 4 and Deskscapes 11
Have you tried the guide I mentioned above?
If 'same problem' means you tried what is here and it still does it:

I am near certain you have an over-active AV app that is nuking the license.sig file for each. You can watch that in action if you like, Fences example.
Go to:
C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Fences4 (note that is ProgramData, not Program Files - you will need to show hidden folders if you don't see it - a google search away).
If Fences is asking for activation, no license.sig will be there. Keep it up so you can see both, the activation window and that folder. After activation, it will create a license.sig. At some point, it will be gone if my theory is correct, that your AV app nuked it - you can check you logs to confirm it.
Example of activation process:

I have no idea what happened but it just stopped authenticating?
I would like to say what you suggested worked but it did not. It just stopped. No firking idea what or why?
The license file has been there all of the time since the first and when I deleted and redid nearly two days ago in C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Fences4 (and Deskscapes) it came back but asked again nearly 4-6 hours later. Today, it simply did not. So who knows??
Thanks and hopefully it won't come back again.
EDIT - It is back again FFS
OK it has taken a while to work out what the heck is going on... It is not the AV because basically Defender and everything is disabled other than for incoming.
Auslogics Boost Speed is the culprit. It has a cache cleaner. The sig file sits with the cache file so it decides each clean to remove it. They have to be put on the ignore list. You were on the right track, only it wasn't an AV.
Thanks for your assistance.
