That is a modified/updated version of an old skin by Homeryulo called System Force (System Force 2/System Force Japan) made for the GUI Championship back in 2006. Link

true, it's a modified skin for win10, as are my other screenshots.also true that it's for personal use only as the rules are like that. and coz i know that Basj is faster than 911 when it comes to catching people who share modified skins. and he can also stop my career here, it wouldn't be fun
