When you edit an already approved upload it will go to moderation again.
Depending in the time of day and number of uploads requiring moderation there could be a delay in the re-approval process.
Silly me, I was mislead by this:
Journeymen
A handful of "super-citizens" will be at this class. These are people who are significant ...................... the skinning community in general. A Journeyman's skin is automatically made available upon uploading, not having to go through moderation first. Because of this power, only the most trusted users will become Journeymen.
You were not mislead. Your initial upload was posted without moderation.
When you edited it and re-uploaded it that is when it goes to moderation.
That sounds logical.
