Groupy 1.49.1 Release Issue Report Thread

With the Groupy 1.49.1 release, we are creating this thread so that users can report any observed issues.

Obtaining Groupy

Object Desktop members can get the release from within Object Desktop Manager

Individual purchases (as well as Object Desktop Members) can also be obtained from your account page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Reporting an issue

Please include the following for anything found:

Exact Windows version \ build (winver.exe)
Detailed steps to recreate the issue seen
Screenshots and videos are very helpful. Videos can be uploaded to a cloud drive services (GoogleDrive, DropBox, OneDrive, YouTube) and links included in your post. Images can be directly added.
If there are specific apps that Groupy does not work (well) with, please note what apps and their exact versions. If any app is not common, a link to a trial version would be appreciated.

Hopefully squeaky wheel gets the grease

few "bugs"

need a hot key to rename a tab. i have to use the mouse for about 30 different tabs. Hot key would be awesome.

Move the "Close all windows in this tab" down farther, just not next to "rename tab" I keep hitting it and closing like 20 tabs when i am renaming it. maybe put that at the bottom?

if the hotkey is easier, then i wouldnt hit it🙂

renaming tabs within tabs?

now that windows 11 allows us to have nested tabs, it would be great to be able to have the same type of functionality inside the tabbed tab...

for example, i have an 2 windows explorer windows open, one i've named client a another client b

inside of client a and b... i have two tabs

one tabbbed explorer window named logos

another tabbed explorer window names templates.

it would be great to be able to duplicate the nested tabbed windows and rename them. make sense? I can give you a video if you need one.
