So I use pdf xchange editor as my pdf reader app and it has a custom right-click menu as seen in this screenshot:
I want to pin this app on top but I can't access the advanced right click menu that WindowFX provides (and yes, the setting is enabled in the app). Is there any workaround for this? Can this be added onto the next version?

Holding shift and right clicking on the taskbar button MIGHT work depending on how the custom menu was implemented.
Wow this worked. I didn't even know this was a thing in Windows. Thank you!
The Shift + Right-Click on taskbar button trick worked well.
I do have another question: I don't know if I should make a separate thread for it but here it is:
WindowFX's advanced right click menu is not working on UWP apps. I understand that UWP apps are a different framework than Win32 and it's a whole other beast to hook into but I was hoping at least the "Pin on top" option would work. I'm not hoping much in terms of "Rollup this window" or the other features of the advanced menu but maybe there's still a way to make Pin on Top work on UWP apps. Any thoughts?
Thank you!
Oddly enough, if you hover over a border as if you were about to resize the window, a right-click brings up the full menu including the Window FX entries.
Would be nice if it worked consistently whether it be UWP or not though!
