I really REALLY find it annoying that when I move a fence to the top of the screen that the title bar of the fence moves to the bottom of the fence. Understandably, some love it, but I'm sure some hate it. I can't seem to find an obvious option to disable this behaviour. Can we can an option to DISABLE moving that title bar? I'd be glad to leave the existing function as a default, but would love there to be an option put in a very visible place to keep that title at the top.
I don't think I've ever seen a title at the BOTTOM of anything, except MAYBE a footer in small faded lettering.

I moved the fence away from the top and then moved the title. Then I just moved the fence back to the top and Voila!...the title stayed where it was.
Not sure what you meant by moving the title. I sure wish you could explain that better. The old version would let me trick it into allowing it to remain at the top but I had to be VERY precise as to where I put the fence near the top. I have now updated to version 4 and it is MUCH worse than version 3. I will not be updating my other computers until this is fixed. Developers, you MUST make it so the title does not jump around when moving the fence to the top! WHAT sense does it make that the title jumps to the bottom and then when I move the fence (with it not rolled-up), I can move the entire fence back up but the icons disappear above my screen. There must be something better than this.
