Btw , in text section is it possible in new betas to add a " Text X Offset " as for Y ?

If I make a image with 100x100 for each frame it is not resized correctly. The min button will not be themed at all.Here is a simple theme to test the buttons.
The min and restore buttons not loading up is a known bug in Beta 5.
I assume the issue you are seeing is the bottom and right borders being less wide than the top and left?
You should be aware that these are glyphs and are not intended to have edges like that. Edges would typically be part of the background (button.background, button.closebackground etc)
