Is there much demand for modding tools?
My previous tools, Tech Tree editor, improvement editor and system editor were abandoned due to continued changes in Galcv making them difficult to maintain.
I have spent some of my spare time recently re-coding from scratch. I now have a good foundation that should make them easier to maintain.
Any thoughts?
The "Test Language Files" operation is okay. But the program crashes to desktop in the same way with the same message window. Here is the logs and settings folders.
ok, not related to language files.
Will need re-think what it could be.
i tried to install your program but i get the error "to run this program you must install.net. the framework 'Microsoft.AspNetCore.App' version 5.0.0 was not found."
so i downloaded .net 5 and installed it and rebooted but the error persists
You also need to install .net 5.0 desktop runtime and ASP core (Hosting Bundle)
https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/5.0/runtime
I am working to remove its dependency on ASPNetCore so you only have to install one dependency.
Its primarily a desktop app but depends on some ASP functionality.
Sorry for the confusion.
that worked, i can now start the game with 6000 admins, thank you, but why does it not have the ludicrous map size?
just tried editing the file entry for insane and that worked for ludicrous, very happy now, thank you
The names in tool are the internal names. They are renamed in game, so insane becomes ludicrous.
