Hello,
I made this suggestion 3 years ago (https://forums.stardock.com/482252/page/1/#3690190) and I'm writing once more about it:
It would be nice if apps and programs appeared on the same list instead of one old fashioned (pre Win XP) expandable menu and one newer (Win 7 style).
I really don't see why I should go through the list on the right form Mail, Calendar, and the other modern apps, while browse the Win 7 style menu on the left for the office applications and the other classic programs.
It is neither practical nor visually pleasing.
Regards,
John
They are also listed under Universal applications on the left hand list.
Hi Neil,
Thanks for the reply. It would be nicer if they weren't though in a subfolder but all together with regular programs.
Also, an option to expand the "all programs" as a menu list (as universal applications) but again with all apps and programs together could be nice (something like a classic Windows start menu).
I would also like to see this done so that all of the Universal Applications are listed under All Programs as opposed to a subfolder.
I found that "startisback" has this feature and also has the option for a classic start menu that expands on the side (as in Windows 2000, but more modern looking, with transparency etc.).
