Win 10 PC using Multiplicity ver 3.44 KVM Build 00090
In past few days, mouse cursor suddenly disappears on primary PC. Only way to get it working again is to sign off windows and sign back on, although when I do this, the mouse cursor re-appears but MP is no longer able to control the secondary computer. I have to reboot to get MP to work again. After rebooting the mouse is seen and MP works, but after a few minutes to hours, the mouse disappears again.
Would appreciate your help.

My mouse cursor on my primary computer gradually starts to disappear when I run multiplicity. I have only one solution: when I have visited my second computer and use my primary again, I exit multiplicity as soon as I am able to do before my mouse cursor starts to disappear so much that my primary computer becomes unusable. If I wait too long, then I have to reboot my primary!

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
While very rare, I have not seen it 'gradually' disappear, unless you mean 'over time' it is gone.
A reboot is not needed but the two solutions are not all that much more appealing...

I am also facing the same problem. I used many ways to solve it but still not able to solve that problem.
I am having same problem as others, mouse cursor disappears on primary and only reboot solves. This has become frequent over last month or so, and i am seriously considering trying Sharemouse after using (& recommending frequently) Multiplicity since 2010. There must be a way for you to recreate the issue internally so you can find a fix. I work in tech support and spend much of the day using Microsoft RDP to remote to clients, i think leaving a remote session has been the trigger to kill my cursor but i will know pay closer attention to see if it was instead copying URL's across the PC's, as other's have reported.
I'm having the same issue where it disappears on primary. The 'gradually' disappearing part is coming from the switch from the primary to secondary. To test this I activated the shift must be held to switch displays option. In doing so if you just switch back and forth you'll start to see the mouse on the primary become pixalated to the point of no longer seeing it. Like others I would restart the primary to fix this, however, I found that I could just change the mouse color with the keyboard via windows options (Windows key, start typing mouse color). This'll bring it back for a bit but after about 5-8 switches from primary to secondary it'll pixalate again. It certainly is a pain to do this every few mins. Hope this'll get fixed soon.
Have you installed the beta of 3.5 as this should address some cursor issues introduced by more recent windows updates.
No I haven't but I will now and reply with my results.
So after a day of use, the mouse will no longer slowly pixalate into oblivion due to moving from one machine to another. However, I happened to run across a new issue that won't happen often enough for me to have problems but wanted to bring it to your attention. But first, I use a desktop as my primary machine with the following version of windows:

Without going into a lot of detail there are times when I disconnect my laptop from the Ethernet for meetings and then hook it back up after my meeting has ended. In doing so, the mouse will completely disappear from the primary machine and I can't click around. I have an accessibility option turned on that shows where your mouse would be if you hit Ctrl so I can tell the focus is on the primary machine (great feature when conducting meetings). When this happens I'll end multiplicity (on the primary computer) as a task via task manager using my keyboard. This will bring back my mouse pointer and I'll reload the application. After this everything works fine. It's not a typical use case or occurrence but something to backlog maybe?
You, nightcrawler, have described my problem perfectly with one exception: ending Multiplicity on the primary computer doesn't bring back my mouse cursor. The only thing that does that I can find so far is to reboot the machine.
