I think this was mentioned in a post sometime last year but that's gone very quiet.
Is it going to be possible at some point to disable the automatic rolldown of fences with the mouse goes over the title bar? I'd much rather have to double-click the title than have random fences opening when I'm just moving the mouse around the screen.

I am having the same issue ,I agree it is a very annoying problem.
Please offer an patch/update for this... ASAP!!! Would be very nice to NOT have Fences opening (rolling-down) and then closing (rolling-up) quickly just when the mouse moves over and/or through a Titlebar.
Offer both single click and double click options to open (roll-down) please!!! Or even a hover-over time setting for when mouse stops over a Titlebar and stays on the title bar for a X amount of time or longer.
This is especially annoying when doing a screen share and I have all my fences rolled up. For sharing I currently hide all non-essential Fences but the others just opening and closing as I move around the screen is very frustrating and distracting!
