Have spent a couple of hours on this, to no avail. I bought CursorFX yesterday, have installed, un-installed, and re-installed multiple times, including with the purge .bat file mentioned in one thread, and absolutely nothing happens when I click Apply on my Windows 10 computer. Double-clicking on a cursor theme, which is associated with CursorFX, does absolutely nothing. I was going to open a ticket, but simple product support doesn't show up as an option for opening a ticket.
Toolman12345TL,
In reply #7, you have a sig.bin in the install directory - it should not be there with the current version of the software, it should be in:
C:\ProgramData\Stardock\CursorFX
The one in the screenshot is also from 2017. Since that file is only created when activated, there is no way it has been recently. Also, our activation logs do not show any attempts to activate CursorFX under your account.
Please uninstall the software, reboot, and make sure:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\CursorFX
Does not exist - if it does, delete it.
Get the latest version from your account page - not from any old installer you may have.

Install it, activate it, try it.
