Have spent a couple of hours on this, to no avail. I bought CursorFX yesterday, have installed, un-installed, and re-installed multiple times, including with the purge .bat file mentioned in one thread, and absolutely nothing happens when I click Apply on my Windows 10 computer. Double-clicking on a cursor theme, which is associated with CursorFX, does absolutely nothing. I was going to open a ticket, but simple product support doesn't show up as an option for opening a ticket.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues.Need to know more.
1) Windows 10 full version numbers. Please use winver.exe for it.
2) CursorFX version installed.

Thank you very much, I'll keep an eye on it. I now have WindowBlinds, WindowFX, IconPackager, Start10, and CursorFX. Only CursorFX isn't working.
Nice windowblind there,Toolman!
Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
Do you have CFX installed in the default C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\CursorFX
If not, please do so.

Was already there, I didn't change the default path, it installed to where the app wanted to install.
Toolman,
I can confirm that CursorFX is working on the current release of Win10?

I see you have two PCs (from your activation log). Is the same thing happening on both?
I, too, can confirm that CursorFX is working on the latest version of Windows 10.
I think he is on Insider preview version of Windows 10. 1903 build 18362.10006 https://www.windowscentral.com/windows-10-19h2-build-1836210006-rolls-out-subset-slow-ring-insiders
I just tried loading it on my work pc this morning, and am currently getting blocked by our anti-virus. Currently waiting on a fellow IT-peer to unblock it, lol.
Yes indeed, I am on an Insider Preview of Windows 10 at home, as I have been for several years now. My several other Stardock apps are working fine on it.
It's working on my work pc just fine, now.
Your Work PC also on Insider build?
No, that's only at home, because I had Windows 10 like 2 years before everyone else.
I tried to upgrade my VM Windows 10 to what ever latest Insider build they have and It seem CursorFX work on mine. Would suggest you to also update to the latest insider build and see if it help your problem.
Thank you,

As far as I know, you can't just click somewhere and tell your Insider Edition - hey, update to the latest one. It tells me when it wants to apply updates.
You can click "Check For Updates", of course.
Thus the picture, where I showed that it says no Updates are available.
Thus my previous picture, showing "You're up to date".
I bumped my computer to the Fast Ring, and am now downloading/applying the 18950 build for my Insider Preview computer at home. Will report back when that's all done, might not be till tomorrow.
I got Win10 completely up to date with the latest Insider Preview, ran the cleansing bat again, reinstalled, tried tweaking the app to run as admin, Win7 mode, gave admin rights to the install folder to all users, nothing works. Absolutely nothing happens when clicking the Apply button within the app. I give up. Thanks anyway.
