And I have not yet received an activation key. Yes I submitted requests using the direct support email as well as submitted using the online form. Have not heard back, I do not see the new key in the license email list as well. The online form reports back to me that there is some sort of fraud situation.
Can someone escalate this please and call me back?

No word. I wonder if they are out during the holidays? I'm going to give them a week to get back with me then I'll have to take other actions.

Hi, I have tried everything but my key is still not there. I have refreshed the page, clicked on all the links, everything, but the purchase from 31/12 has no key associated with it.
