Tried Fences, thought it was great so went ahead with a purchase and thought, why not buy the full package. Did so, installed and everything went great till I rebooted. Oh my God, ruddy great big icons everywhere, my Start menu totally devoid of anything but little File Explorer icons, not that they were any use, nothing would open File Explorer, not even Windows+E, Task Manager refused to show itself as well. Rebooting did no good either. After about 90 minutes of trying to figure out how the hell was I going to get out of this mess, I managed to get into Settings and uninstall everything bar Fences which I figured rightly was the only thing stable, not that the uninstalls made a proper job of things, error messages in the process and on investigation some of the apps still residing in File Explorer. I shall give these apps another try until I find the Crapware which caused this disaster as I'm pretty sure if I asked for my money back, I wouldn't get it.
Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
You would, if it's within 30 days of purchase, but the primary goal we both share is to get the product(s) working for you.
Some things we would like to know:

Just thought I would give your software another go, fell at the first hurdle this time after installing only one of the bundle (Deskscapes 8) over the top of the already installed and correctly performing Fences. Didn't install properly on first attempt and then when it did, it totally messed up the Fences layout and dumped icons all over my desktop. I'm not a beta tester for your company and haven't got the time to be one.
Sorry to hear you are having issues. if you interested to be help.
We need more information.
1) Windows versions. Please use Winver.exe.
2) System setups. Multiple monitor? Please list down each resolutions and scaling.
Thank you,

You can use this to restore a Fences snapshot to restore the way it was laid out:

Confidence restored and sorry for my rant which was out of character. Never one to give up I decided to give it another go but this time installing each package one at a time, ensuring everything was working properly and I understood its application before moving onto the next module. It went off perfectly and I have now been using most of the programs with absolutely no problems for almost a year, in fact I'm so impressed I now recommend to anyone willing to listen. My apologies to the developers, great product.
That's what we like to hear....glad it's worked correctly for you...
