I bought the below product yesterday.- Desktop Essentials BundleI was attempt to activate the applications of bundle, but it's not working online activation(license key and account).
I don't know why but it looks like the proxy problems. (My pc on the office was connected internet through proxy server, so I can't access the https sites without authentifications)
So I attempt to offline activating but it's not working too with the below error message. (I was trying to activating fences3)- This account does not have any valid registrations for this products. (1008)
I submitted the ticket yesterday, but still not received any reply. Would you please let me know how can I activate these applications?
+) Offline activation of groupy is succeed. But fences3 still failed.

alprogs may have had his issue resolved, but I'm still unable to get registered. How was his problem solved?

Same as alprogs. I try and get through the Manual Activation process for Fences 3 and when I submit to download the activation file I get
- This account does not have any valid registrations for this products. (1008)
