Escalation 2.41 Update


A small update has been launched to fix several issues.

Bugfixes

  • Quanta cost removed from PHC Sensor Tower
  • Fixed crash that would sometimes occur when placing buildings
  • Fixed crash with Ryzen CPUs
  • Other stability improvements.
  • Fixed a bug where buildings would stop doing damage after 2048 buildings had been constructed.

Wait, WHAT?

Was playing someone the other day who was new and they mentioned they had negative quanta. And we hadn't been playing long. I knew some things now spent quanta, maybe just the Juggernaught? I thought it was odd it was happening so early but just said some things cost quanta now but wasn't sure what. I'm guess it was this?

I'm too used to supcom and such where an early radar is cheap and essential. Gotta catch those early bomber rushes yo!

Yup! In general, I find Ashes exceeds quite a few aspects that Supreme Commander did, but SupCom still has the better information/stealth side of things.
