Here is my config
Intel Core i3-6100 3.70 Ghz
8 GB RAM
AMD Radeon r9 380 4GB
And i am playing at minimum display settings but my PC is boiling.

Is it OK? with this configuration. It seems i can't play this game anymore.
I think the game was meant for i7.
Your ram might be a little low.
I think 10-16GB is recommended.
I think your GPU, however, is probably OK (I think).
I am frankly surprised it runs for you.
I know someone who tries to run the game on i5 with like 16GB and a high end GPU, and he can BARELY get the game to turn on.
For him, it is unplayable, and his box seems a bit more powerful than yours.
If it helps, I did dig out this link...

Good luck!
Might be time for a new box soon!
For CPU temp, apparently is perfectly fine: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-3233445/safe-temps-6100.html
As for your GPU, it could be a problem...

Actually i can run the game smoothly even on higher display options. I only worry abaut blowing my pc up. I asked arround on the discord channel abaut the situation. It seems GPU heat is normal-ish, but i must definetely do something abaut CPU heat.
Maybe buying another fan, applying thermal paste, cleaning up the box drops the heat a litlle bit.
Try taking the side panel off of your PC. It'll get dusty just a tad quicker but it should drop your temps by a lot.
Dunno who said that but they got it the wrong way round. The CPU at 75 is OK, the GPU at 93 degrees is certainly higher than you want.
I was going to make the same suggestion as grefanger. Start by taking the sides off. That is a quick and easy way to tell if it is bad case ventilation or something more tricky.
I got the same vid card, and it doesn't go above 75C.
That means you need to clean the fans or even your case, something is blocking good airflow.
Definitely check your air flow. The game runs on all your resources, so all CPU's, all GPU's, etc. If you don't have efficient cooling this game will let you know.
Be sure to dust off your GPU, your CPU heatsink/fan, and in/out fans. Also check your video card software to make sure you haven't setup anything to throttle fan speed for noise. Last thing, check any third party apps, MSI Afterburner, things like that.
