I couldn't find this information elsewhere, so I wrote a script to extract the effects of the improvements from DLC\EXP2_Crusade\Game\ImprovementDefs.xml into a readable form. Since this was done automatically, some of the names might be different from what you see in game, but the effects should be correct. I have the GOG version so this as done on Crusade v2.21. I did this both to create a reference, and to point out some weird aspects in the balance of the improvements. I'll include those thoughts after the tables.
Thoughts on Balance
Some buildings seem almost worthless in the current version. For example, all the upgrades to the basic factory line (Xeno Factory and above) only give an extra 2.5% production per level. Assuming a base production of 20 (which is very high at the beginning of the game), it would still take 200 turns for the Xeno Factory to pay for itself in production. The higher upgrades are even worse. Colonial Hospital is currently a much better building than its upgrades. The base growth rate should be around 0.1 (at least in my games as Terrans), so +50% growth is +0.05 only, and the level bonus of +1% growth is laughable.
The basic problem seems to be that the numbers currently suggest that a +X% bonus is almost as good as +X flat bonus (more or less). But this is only true if the base level of production is 100, which seems to be unrealistically high in the games that I play.

Are Quantum power plants just gone? The table says QPPs are an upgrade from Fusion power plants, yet at the same time the absence of a FPP is a prerequisite to build QPP. If both are true, you can't build them.
This matches what I'm seeing in my game. I researched the tech, I am building the Singularity PP now. But no option to build Quantum is available whether a Fusion is already built or not. The Tech Tree clearly has a little thumbnail on it saying that the tech unlocks Quantum Power Plants.
