You got some nice abilities to manipulate graphics & icons, some new icons seems to have been made by combining pieces of three individual improvement icons. Well done
Some errors:
- Yor racial techs are missing & incomplete techtree. Error is here:
Yor_Techtree.xml:

BTW there are many improvements and ship-parts missing from the techs of the techtree. Mostly because the CU v2.2 did throw them out (for example, Laser IV-V, Quantum Power Plants etc..)
But I think you can easily solve this. You've stashed the responsible files "PlanetImprovements.xml" & "GCTypes.xml" into their folders so they can act as addon to the original game. That is a good option for tiny mods so they can work with different versions of the game but your mod is far too great for that.
What you need to do is create a complete "PlanetImprovements.xml" & "GCTypes.xml" and store them into the main data-folder so they overide the original sheets once the mod is fired up. Simply copy your extra code into the original files when you started your work and save it as a new file.
