Hi There,
I've already made a ticket ( #OGQ-729-23786 ). but it's been a couple days without a response, so I figured I would try here and see if anyone else sees something I missed.
I got Object Desktop which comes with Multiplicity license for 2 computers, I need three so I purchased the upgrade license.
But multiplicity will still not allow me to have 3 computers hooked up, and instructs me to buy a license. I tried removing the license I have on my computer, and manually using the key given to me with the upgrade to unlock it, but this did not work.
Then I figured maybe I had the wrong version of multiplicity, so I uninstalled it and installed the one from the Upgrade link, still no luck.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

I'm having the same issue after upgrading from the Object Desktop version, to the KVM edition today. It still identifies it as being the KM edition after upgrading to the new license, though in purchase history it does display that I bought it as an upgrade to KVM as can be seen below.
As of now I've resorted to using the pro demo version so I can work on both computers without needing to switch monitors, which is always a hassle, especially when needing to transfer files from one computer to the other.
Any help to fix this would be very much appreciated.
For both of you, we've gone ahead and corrected your accounts. For anyone else, we're looking into the issue at this time.
That's got it working now!
Thanks for the speedy assistance!
I am having the exact same issue with no response to my initial support ticket 3 days ago.
Ticket ID: DYV-925-97144
Thanks.
Apparently this KVM issue is still happening, including responses from support taking days. (I've been waiting on a response since 06/15.)
What ended up being the solution to this?
