Regarding my recent posts on this reboot thing, downloading Window Blinds, the problems has been resolved. I contacted support, I was sent a purge link of some sort, should have saved it, I didn't, sorry. Anyway it worked, it took it all away, and I was able to reinstall and now everything is working the way it should. Thanks all for the help. Sometimes this old lady runs into something perplexing.
Should have common sense as well.
