I just wanted to post a very big thank you to some of the people that have taken the time to help out the community. There are many out there but these are some of the ones that helped me the most starting out.
Gameslayer - I really loved your 2 tutorials on how to play robotic and expansive. I'm anxiously awaiting the other 2 headquarter reviews when you get time! I point new players to them all the time.Saberman - your videos early on were a great help to me. you should do more of them again!Cubit - your strategy guides and the youtube videos have been invaluable to the community. Reading your strategy guide back in march helped immensely in my understanding of the game and watching the youtube videos you did 1v1 opened up creative possibilities I had never even thought of. Thank you for taking the time to do both of them. I still remember giggling out loud as I watched a 1v1 where you manipulated the market over and over again. Watching the other player waste claims on multiple water tiles just to see the value disappear when you sold out changed the way I looked at 1v1. Zultar - you are an incredibly invaluable resource to the community. I've watched almost all (if not all) of the OTC videos you've posted over time and I learn something new every single time. I love the way you not only show people what you're doing but explain why you're doing it. I've gotten the most help from your commentary in each tournament and learned a wealth of information from watching the replays on the tournament games I've played. Thank you so much for the time that you put into this game thus far. One last thank you goes to PBhead for winning almost all of the tournaments and giving us a road map to playing better.
Oh yeah yeah guilt trip me into fnishing the series
In all seriousness, I'm currently waiting for the new stock system to be done before starting the scavenger & hacker array video. Before that though I'll be doing something going over the changes of how the new mode works, since it looks like we're going to need someone to explain that.
you're welcome!
Don't bother Blackmagic! You won't be thanked for that in the next thank you thread.
And yeah, I absolutely second everything you said.
