Great to hear, my question is: is there any cut-off date for applications? It would be nice to know for some people, unless of course there is no planned cut-off.

I'm not aware of a date at this time, but eventually it will be.
I'd just suggest to anyone to fill it out when they can if they are interested.

I'm guessing here, but 2016 starts with winter. I hope they are meaning Jan/Feb 2016 and for some reason didn't say 1Q2016.
@Stardock - I tried to access https://forums.starcontrol.com/forum/1145 just now from work and it says filtered for Sex too. Any progress on getting that changed? Not to sound like a slacker, but I'm going to have more time to read and write from work (as a father of little twin boys) than I will from home most days, so I'm hoping it's accessible from there, like Stardock is.
Got my survey last week and bought founders edition last night. I am SO excited!!! I saw Brad write on Reddit that he was expecting about 250 people to sign up in the first wave, and couldn't wait to be a part of that.
The price is not a big deal at all. I'm buying out the rest of Star Control at one go, and get to name planets, and help test and have input on the game?!?! Yes please!!!

Oh well, I can still dream about generating some sweet content with mod tools. Nobody's ever done a really good Babylon 5 mod...

Yeah, I held onto the money I'd set aside for this for a good long while, but probably should go ahead and move it to other life stuff now. Ah well. I'll look forward to playing whatever the Founders and the Stardock team build together whenever it's finally done
Again, I'm sure that there will be another round of founder opportunities or at least Early Access. I'm not a Stardock employee but I would like to think they would go that route.
So I got the Founder's Program acceptance email but I currently don't have the money to afford it, I am keeping the email flagged until I can purchase the lifetime edition but I am wondering if there is an expiration date on these? Thanks in advance!
