Whenever I select them, and it recognizes that it do, I click to move them but they do not move.
I have to keep repeating it.
Really frustrating.
Same as some other units.
I think the pan by holding down the right mouse is ruining it.
Can we get pan on the right mouse click - to work after pressing it a bit longer so that the computer does not get confused between panning, and moving to a position.
Yeah, hopefully this is a priority to fix.
Also, when a node is already captured but you click on it to send units there (blue direction line) they don't go. You have to click a certain distance away from it (a green direction line) before they move. I hope this gets fixed too. (It works if the node is not yours)
Yeah movement is an issue for me as well. Sometimes you have to give an order multiple times before a unit starts moving. I also don't like how movement gravitates towards buildings or control points; if I want to target an area next to a building or control point, instead of going to that specific location, it will just give me that blue line and target the building instead. I don't mind if it does this a little bit but the distance on the 'gravitational pull' seems a little extreme. In addition, units also seem to have trouble moving the entire unit into range of the enemy when engaged in combat. This is especially true when you have bigger armies where the frontline will attack but units slightly further back will sit there and wait for the frontline to get destroyed. Even when I give a direct order to attack more often than not only half of my group will engage the enemy, leaving the other half just sitting there doing nothing.
Bombers also behave strangely. When you target an enemy their first bombing run makes sense but after that they often start circling the enemy, sometimes not even firing off any shots. They also sometimes drop their payload prematurely, even when you click on a specific unit or building.

This is one of the most frustrating things now. Brutes just sitting there not wanting to engage. Often I just have to disband the army as they just refuse to move forward and you'll just watch your army get wiped out for no damage to the opposition. I guess they are glued to a fixed position in relation to the artillery units or something so can't create a gap between them. There needs to be a lot more flexibility there.
I also agree with all of this. Units that are attacked at range should probably have a default of moving towards or away from the attack unless they are given a more specific command (that doesn't exist as of yet). Or maybe the more specific commands are the solution. Have an entire army set to "hold position but counter-attack if attacked" and if attacked they all attack and not just the ones on the edge who are being attacked.
I haven't been using air units for a while now. The AI doesn't use them (at least up to challenging difficulty) and because they are constantly moving they are very hard to select (or at least they were in the last build, I haven't used them at all since the most recent build).
I would like to move units from a meta group individually out of the way, even if they are still engaged in a meta unit,
I mean, I put my air units in with my meta unit, but the stupid things fly at the front and then get taken out.
You want to attack as a meta unit, but be allowed to select them all, and place them at the back. Then use the meta unit as one to re-attack so that they will then fly in. Or, something like this.
