There is one thing that the default Windows 10 startmenu did right: Visibly grouping all programs by alphabet. I'd highly appreciate that in Start 10 as well.

That's a good suggestion, but I like the way the directory already looks. It's already alphabetized, just not grouped. Anyway, if that feature is added, then they have to make sure that all programs appear in the list. I noticed that not all are showing up. For example, why is Edge not showing up in All Programs or Universal Applications?
Microsoft Edge does appear in Universal Applications.
Oops my mistake. I was looking under E for Edge, not M for Microsoft.
I would like to see the recent programs list alphabetized, too.
