I have been pouring over the Stardock site and forums for about an hour now, and I cannot find any way to put in for support help.
I have an online download game purchase from 2010 (old, I know) that shows a completed order and invoice, but no actual download link on my account or in the invoice. A second game purchase from the same year does have a link, so I am not sure what I should be doing for the first game.
If someone could either direct me to the correct place to put in a support ticket or give me an idea of what I should be doing to get this download, I would greatly appreciate it.

GalCiv2 is the one that actually works, for which I am grateful. The other one is Sword of the Stars Complete, which I believe was simply sold through Impulse at the time. I know GameStop purchased Impulse, but I can't for the life of me find a way to download that from anymore, which apparently leaves me in limbo. Interestingly enough, I have an Impulse backup of the game, but without Impulse I have no way to restore it.
But I have a support ticket in with GameStop already, and now I can put one in here too. I figure tracking it back from as many angles as possible will make it more likely I can get it solved.
GameStop will be the one to help with that--we don't handle third party games any longer.
