Please how about changing this pop up screen a little? Instead of a generic load ship, it would say load transport if it is for troop transport or load colony, if it is one of my colonizers. I am insane on an insane map, so I am still colonizing, but preparing troop transports for later. Thank you.

Impossible to keep track of on larger maps
I find myself cancelling all beginning-of-turn ship loads. Then when the ship gets its turn to move, I can move it and I get the option to load it again, this time while seeing where I am and what kind of ship I have.
But this is of course silly. It defeats the entire purpose of having the popup at beginning of turn. I agree with at a minimum letting me know what type of ship I am loading up.
And on a related note, anytime it asks you if you want to do anything with a ship, it should display the ship in question. For instance, I have armed and unarmed survey ships floating about. I keep getting the "Protected by pirates. Do you want to engage?" pop-up. I don't know if I want to because I don't know which ship is engaging.
Same thing with Starbases, lets get that damn camera to look at which object is being referenced!

...and for every other ship / planet / SB pop-up and reference in this game. There's somewhere between 'zero' and 'far too little' specific reference information for such things. GC3 would do well to take a leaf out of the Distant Worlds book: that game gives you multiple ways of finding what something is talking about in all pop-ups / info tickers.
Also can you make this dragable so that we can move it and reference where the ship is in reference to our giant empire?
Bump.
There is at least one other post on this subject in the forums. This was mentioned in 3/24/16 dev stream. Please can we change the load ship window to say Load Colonists when loading a colony ship and Load Troops when loading a troop transport?
Agree with the OP and Mottikhan's addendum.
Making all pop-ups movable is also a swell idea.
They could lease out this messaging system to politicians.... so they can improve their deniability.... Media "you covered up the massacre of civilians?" Politician "well yes i was informed of the massacre of civilians in the attack but i did not know which military unit they were talking about or where it happened"..... brilliant! hahahaha
