Replaces the Anomalies and greatly increases their diversity and coolness!Replaces all Mercenaries from the BazaarReplaces the Mines and Bazaar modelsReplaces the Pirate models and grants them a few starting ships!Adds additional Abilities!Adds additional Starting Ship Combos! KNOWN ISSUES and USE1) If you use this mod for your own ships/races/etc. a brief credit to this mod is appreciated. 2) Turn ship-trails off, I use engines as parts in turrets and hulls, it can be distracting.3) If you experience performance issues, it is most likely the result of the heavy use of animations in any/all of my ship models, or otherwise GC3's general issues. If you experience issues, I recommend either playing with less total races, less races utilizing the ship sets, or otherwise upgrading your PC. 4) Under no circumstances may you upload any of these ship designs or factions to Steam.THANK YOUPlease reach out and report any glitches/bugs, any ships with clipping or other issues. Also it would be great, if you end up adding to the designs using the custom components, for you to share them with the community! Please credit the mod if you do!Special thanks to: Horemvore for his helpful attitude and Diplomacy UI mod!R3bel02 for one of his logos. JP193 for submitting a design via the contest. Thanks for reading, and stay tuned for more!

Nice G, gave you a thumbs up despite the audio cut off at the end
Love the Fallout 4 settlement, glad to see you put as much effort into building the settlement as you do into your shipsets!
Looking forward to seeing more of your GC3 mod though, especially curious to see if the Screelings begin emerging from their hiding place. Will this be by any chance a variation of one of the mega events?
I do hope to make the Screelings a Mega Event.
The idea, would be that large fleets of ships start marauding the galaxy, and more importantly, until they are utterly wiped out, the galaxy suffers a significant tourist, trade, and morale penalty.
Hey guys! I'm working on the Wiki. The first full species profile is completed. So you can now learn a lot more about the Ukaros!
https://sites.google.com/site/gauntletsshipyard/aquilaran-hegemony/ukaros-dynasties
This is brilliant! I love how you've mentioned about the sleeper ships, as this opens up for an anomaly event in finding Ukaros ships with treasure. There's a bit near the beginning where you've put: 'If a citizen then serves with distinction they may marry into the family and join the in their prestige and prosperity.' I think the should be them.
I would appreciate some credit for using my logotypes. Great mod.If You have any ideas or need specific colors for a logo I can create it.
PM Sent! Just need some details. Thanks
Ah I think I figured it out. My apologies, I got a couple of logos from this download and attributed it to Pierreluc, whose never responded to my requests/questions.
Really sorry about the confusion, I see now you posted the logos prior via this post here.
I'm working on editing the attributions now. You can ignore my PM.
It's cool, Pierreluc didn't know where he got it. It was really my fault that I didn't put license in the zip. You can use it all You want, I just didn't expect it would be so popular.I just wanted people to know in case they want contact with me. I'm interested in making more graphics and mods.
I'm glad your working on the wiki, lore for a faction is what sets how I play them, without it factions feel a bit lacking even if the visuals are amazing.
Well the Aquilarans are now up... but they don't have a shipset yet lol.
I developed the GRM universe originally for a boardgame project of mine, the Aquilarans are one of the most crucial galactic players, but I neglected making their ships early on since I was originally just focused on doing races that felt cool or had a novelty to them. More to come!
Downloaded your newest mod GSM and have to say I like it. good job.
Thanks man! Any feedback on what you'd like to see more of?
Whoops Double Post
I like the starbase additions and the experimental drives and armor systems. one thing I would like to see is some weapon systems.
Thanks for your hard work Gauntlet
Back playing galciv 3 again and back with your essential mod again, one of the only up to date shipsets i've found that works. I want to say thank you for all the work you are putting in on this, keeping them updated with the patches and all the life its brought to the games i've played.
I wanted to ask, do you know of any way your mod might conflict with the "Palette - A Ship Appearance Overhaul" mod. I was trying to use some ships off of Steam workshop, (the new Romulan ones), and they require that mod for the colors. Yours is one of the mods I use along with:
1) Mobile Asteroid Processor Module
2) More Anomalies
3) Planetary Diversity
And my game crashes when starting a new game. As soon as I removed the "Palette", the game goes right back to normal with the 4 mods I do use.
Yes, my mod would likely conflict with the Palette mod. Since my mod adds appearances, based on the original game file for colors. Most likely, my mod appearances are references lines/colors that simply are not present on the new palette (at least, their code number might not be). So game looks for color, can't find it... and... boom.
You could test this by taking out the GRM file that mods appearances, and then see if it loads. If not, try also taking out all the custom races.
Ultimately, the Palette mod is something that everyone should have and I should have used it as a required file for GRM, however, this means all GRM users would have to download an additional mod, and every extra step you add to a process reduces your audience and I didn't want that. Furthermore, unlike GRM, Palette alters a core game file, which will understandably scare away more users, as it is no longer a simple uninstall/delete the file to revert...
Good luck!
Thanks for your reply. I agree with you on the point that it is a concern to alter a core game file, that's why I never used it until I saw the ships he was making and decided to try. I do enjoy your mod and would rather use it then adding the other ships.
Hey, joined to say that I really like your mod. I like the look of the ships and the flavour of the races, and thank you very much for all your hard work!
The color problem palette primarily emanates from how incredibly fucking stupid the palette system is for generator colors on the ships. The fact that you can enter RGB values for the engine colors but not for the ships themselves really beggars belief. Such a shoddily implemented system should not have been in the final build of the game.
...
I don't disagree, I recommend you make a separate thread for it...
in my head I'm saying ala that one X-Wing Fighter Pilot.. "Stay on Topic... Stay on Topic..."
New Vid
Sorry Gauntlet. New ships look Great.. Really enjoy your mod keep up the good work.
Looking forward to your next release! Haven't seen any updates on the wiki so I'm hoping your working on the new shipset
Hahaha.
I literally just finished the wiki article on the Colonies of Zrentak, warning, its lengthier than most.
https://sites.google.com/site/gauntletsshipyard/aquilaran-hegemony/colonies-of-zrentak
I'm now working on the Regime of Tothk, who'll be replacing my Narn rip-off race, which was just randomly put together, whereas the Tothk have always been a race in my background.
The next update will also likely make changes to other races which I made before I had committed to making this mod representative of the "Monroe Wars" universe. No worries though, I won't be removing any ships/portraits/color schemes of course. I also have a new color scheme and have begun working on another shipset for the Aquilarans.
That being said... Fallout still eats a lot of time... and StarWars Battlefront here and there.... Must be more disciplined...
