My question last time, explained, why...
So for example the Hyperion Logistics building reduces -1 logistic value on built ships. BUT, if there are many Military adjacencies nearby, this value will be lower, indicating ex.: +0.3 logistic points, instead of -0.3, for a total -1.3 decrease. So adjacencies make the buildings WORSE if there is a negative value, therefore adjacency SHOULD give bonuses in regards with theirs signs (-). Negative values should be decreased further into negative territory, so please make it so (also useful for modders for making unique improvements). Thank you!
1. Could we have a version of the Cultural Preservation Council UP resolution(planets no longer flip under influence) in treaty form?
2. Will you modify terraforming before release? I think it could do with some improvements.
3. Will we able to listen to the soundtrack using Steam Music Player?
4. Will civilization specific techs be tradable in the next beta version?
5. Will we able to make our own Minor Factions?
6. Will there be an easy way to select Minors as Majors and vice-versa?
I would also like to be able to create my own Minor Factions along the lines of the plans for creating Major Factions. Thanks Rhonin for getting that one out there!
Isint the point of civ specific techs that they are not tradable?

Question: How do you plan to model pirates, if you do at all?
Will they be a minor faction? Will they be a rogue group someone can sponsor against their enemies?Will they appear through events?Will they have a chance of appearing on an uncolonized world, or via event, or via an unhappy world? Will they have an outpost on the main map, that can appear during gameplay or map generation? Will they appear after a race surrenders on some of their worlds?
Question: Will you support any other formats except BK2 for modded movies, or animated race leaders, as BK2 requires a license we can't get as individuals.

What are the plans for a colony overview / management screen?
(you know, where all of your planets show up in a scrolling list a la GC2)
Similar to GC2, I would love it if you could see Social & Military projects from this screen (even modify?)--though how it would work with Starports might be tricky.
Finally, it would be awesome if you could use this screen to select the planet specific economic distribution for groups of planets a time.
(perhaps by setting a Governor?)
Will there be better 'map size scaling' implemented? By this I mainly refer to research. For example there are many techs relating to the max range ships can travel. On a small map, which I mainly play, you quickly reach the point where this exceeds map size. Yet the AI still likes to waste research points... Also other techs could use power changes based on map size.My classic example is the wonder in Galciv2 that increased the perceived power of ships on a planet. On a huge map, this wasn't too great. On a tiny map, basically fill that with ships and nobody will ever attack you again, the spike in your power is outrageous.

What is the status of Diplomacy options?
What I mean is will we get more diplomacy options such as asking one AI to trade/not trade, or raid/wage war upon another ai and so on?
Can we have more transparency on how to improve our status with each AI? For example I ask (and convince) the Drengin to cease its war with Altaria, I expect Altaria to give me a boost in relations with them.

How about a ship command for standby and pick either a 3 or 5 or 10 turn wait,... after the wait it`s turn pops back up to either have it wait again or go head and move,... be it to colonies or build a module on a starbase or ,.... I then to put ships on guard watch and forget about them when I have several hundreds ships.
What are your specific plans to combat the problem of constructor and starbase micro?
What are you doing to fix or change all things that prevent proper production and research overflow.

At the moment (yor-)pop-grotwh doesnt work and we are only able to assembly 5b yor at once
it would be nice to assembly as much yor as you like (ex: 0.1b, 2.5b, 10b, ...)
I have couple questions based on custom race portraits in multiplayer. If we want to import custom made custom faction portraits for our alien leaders what pixel resolution do they have to be, what extension file (.gif, .png, .jpg, ect...) and also would other players be able to see our imported custom race portraits in multiplayer?
I would love to show off an imported alien leader I designed myself for the diplomacy screen and league of planets in an online game.
How much did AI improved if you compare it to beta 4 ?

Thanks for answering my questions.
Regarding terraforming, I once made some modifications regarding it along with some notes, these are for Beta 3. Others have given their opinion here.
My problem with terraforming at the moment is that until Omega Terraforming it's not very useful, and I don't use the ones before Omega Terraforming because I might use them on tiles that can be terraformed with Omega Terraforming. Also it is rather hard to plan in advance what tiles will I terraform so sometimes I wake up with colonies where I have to destroy most buildings and start from scratch.
And Biosphere Manipulator, specific to Altarians, is unique per colony, has a higher LandPercentageMin than Soil Enhancement and has a very high manufacturing cost, so it is next to useless.

Love the Iconian Ships, very organic, like orca/jellyfish hybrids. Not quite as sure about the changes to the way iconians themselves look though... Still psyched for the game's release though!

It was mentioned in the stream that you scale the initial max ship ranges with the map size. I would actually like to have that as a fixed value for all map sizes. This would make those big maps even bigger. I wonder how other players think about that.
Good stream seems like the game is coming along.
I like the updates to the battle system and the rolls etc. I just hope that AI is able to incorporate that.. As it stands now the AI just builds to 70% log cap of the biggest thing they can build and throw it at you non stop which is predictable, boring and makes for crappy battles.
If the AI will actually make balanced/diverse useful fleets to fight against this will be a lot of fun. I hope this is the case because the spawned battles where both fleets were diverse and mixed with different "classes" looked a lot better than what we have in beta4. If we get all the tools shown in the stream and the AI still just pumped out the largest crap ship they can make and send them at you 1 to3 at a time.. Well then multiplayer may be fun.
Thank you massively for the answers on pirates, that's some pretty awesome ideas there, even happier to see more than one implementation of pirate or mercenary type enemies.
