It looks Like I´m not the One to do the Blind afterall then due to what it seems to require & don´t have enough time I´ll withdraw my skin and graphics.
-I will release this skin At a later date as an individual upload with another name
Hopefully someone else with enough time on their hands can create a WindowBlindsskin for this project.

As a user not a skinner I really like this concept, but I would lose the yellow flower.
I wonder if Andy plans on having the Start Menu offset to the right, if that's possible. Otherwise the yellow flower is not going to be seen.
May I make an observation...
Why do a DX theme when DX is now legacy? Jim knows how to do Winstep and Cursors and I think the purpose would be better served by him filling those voids.
Jim likes DX still, therefore will skin for it. And other skins as well, if needed/wanted.
As for my plans, I'll try to do the best I can with the GFX provided.
That said, it's a given that whoever does work for this project will be using the "project" graphics, therefore it should be posted by Andy here in this thread a permission to be included with our uploads.
The fact that this is a community project bypasses inspection before permission. Saying "I'll make the blind, or the DX, or etc." means anyone adding to this project automatically has permission to use said graphics.
Andy, the fact that you made this thread, directing everyone to it, and away from the original thread, kinda implies that you are the manager of this project. Else, the thread we had was fine.
That said, I vote Philly as well.

The Startmenu looks promising however i notice these flowers and the background from somewhere else.I think i even had the part you´ve set as background on the blinds startmenu theone with the lake somewhere on an external.If im wrong im sorry- in case im not mistaken could you direct me to the page to download it? (The hill lake picture/wall) so i dont have to dig through four drives and search for it.Im interested in paintings and drawing so if im mistaken i apologize for having a noodled brain
I cannot believe that someone has not asked this question Andy but will the WindowBlind be for Windows 7 and 8? I suppose it might be understood to be so without saying.
Also lets not leave out or overlook skins for ObjectDock, Tiles or Icons and other non Stardock programs such as Rainlendar and Rainmeter.

I'll do the rover once the graphics are made available. Question...does it have to be water proof?
Once the start-panel is finished, I'll start a wallpaper. I shan't need the actual graphics used (can make my own) but will work off (design-wise) the 'final' start menu.
