I think there is not really enough mage cloths. The apprentice robe p.e is something the player has to find. If I gear them up in leather they do not look very magical I believe.
In unit desgin I would like to keep the dress the mage has originally, but unfortunatelly these dresses have no values and I cant have them over the leather. Giving them leather migth be tough but not looking very magical.
I think that magicans should look more like magicans, have some def value, a little dodge maybe. I like to color them after the dmg type they do. (fire =red / cold= blue / ligthning = white and lapiday = pink^^) Once there was the monk dress to chose of but it couldnt be colored.
What do think about an armor prof for magicans? They clothes should not be weared by anybody else.

Hey Primal I have something I wanted to bring up; I noticed in my 2.0g game (where I posted pics) that the items in the Shop window seemed somewhat disorganized. It was somewhat difficult to locate items for my crew. I was wondering if you could find a way to improve the organization of items in the shop to make things easier to find?

With only minor testing and XML viewing, I believe that the Angel race and/or Pedestrian weakness is not compatible with Handlers/Examiners.
Also, what else do I need to do to receive the colored Arcanum every 10th turn from built Wonders OR has that feature been disabled?
With a bit more snooping about, I believe I can answer my own questions;
1) Pedestrian Weakness blocks the mounted Horse/Warg techs, blocking by default the Handler/Examiner buildings
2) Angel races are not supported; their tech trees do not contain the appropriate Water/Fire techs etc. etc. to enable those elemental World Wonders.

BTW you should know this is not the first crash I had with this current game; I've had a number of crashes before but they usually did not repeat like this one.
Also for some reason, the spellbook is slower to come up in this version than the last.
Good news is your shop XML fix works nicely.
Regarding what you were asking about bloat in the Mod, I point out that in my games, I rarely if EVER use forging. IMO The Sov and champs usually find better equipment by by the time I can forge stuff. Maybe either eliminate forging or change the equipment; I suggest forging spears instead. Spears are cheaper, easier to make and very useful.
