To be honest, I would have preferred it if they made a giant expansion for FE: LH rather than SK.

Would have been epic (legendary?) to release an expansion on the 2nd anniversary, which is, according to Steam, May 22nd. Considering I was planning to release my next version on the 29th, maybe I should aim for the 22nd?

XtraDeconstruct 1.8.f. - Beyond Legendary Heroes 

 

I was thinking what kind of game it might have been had they put the effort they did in SK into another set of LH expansions. It would have propelled the game quite a bit.

I know this isn't going to be popular advice, but if that file was there, it means you didn't delete the 1.8.d. version when you installed 1.8.e. In other words, to avoid further issues, you may want to reinstall 1.8.e. after having deleted the XtraDeconstruct folder. Just saying. 

Actually the file was not in the XtraDeconstruct folder, it was in the main mods folder. I suspect it got moved by a sticky cursor.

Hello all !!!

 

 

Could someone explain me the mechanics of XF_Snaking.xml ???

 

I tried to understand it by myself, doing eldritch experiments here and there, but I can not ... :'(

 

More precisely, the "pier" one:  If I wanted to recreate the pier from scratch, would I replace the original "PreferredTerrain river" with the 3 lines from XF_snaking, or some other stuff is needed ???

 

(I could also ask what makes snaking... snake ???)

Double up the River xml code in the Pier code.

Something is wrong with my traits window. First of all, I can only choose the Assassin, Paladin, or "Zero" classes. Second, in the general window I cannot access the beginning traits. I tried swapping in various TraitPathChoice and TraitPathDetails files in my screens folder, but none of them seem to make a difference.

Thanks for the quick response. I'm a big fan of Lords of Magic, and I enjoy your mod very much. I did verify integrity of game cache and it replaced 11 files. I then deleted Xtra-Deconstruct and re-installed it. But I still have the problem. I started a game with the Storm King as my Sovereign. I'm able to level up and choose traits. However, when I look at his General traits, almost none of them are available to choose. The ones on the left column are grayed out, and some of them have pre-requisite lines that extend off the screen to the left.
