You can upload your images to postimage.
You can upload your saved games to Dropbox or similar.
You can upload (copy+paste) your debug.err file to pastebin. This is very rarely needed.

What happens most of the time is that after I end my turn, it just never stops thinking.

I'll try your suggestions. I think AutoSave might be the culprit, at least some of the times.

In your next update. Is there a way to make Kingdom and Empire dislike each other more? They should really hate each other, one is Life and the other is Death...
P.S. In my current game, I'm playing as Kingdom, but have the DeathWorship ability. So I turn shards into Death Shards and then they revert to life. Interesting quirk.
How is that update coming along...

I did not use the additional free setup points, but just the standard.

Anyway here's my flagship faction: The Vestallans:
Notes on Vestalla:
Basically they represent those Krax who rejected the Imperial way of Kraxis; they are outcasts who despise Empires but are despised in turn by other Kingdoms.
Vestallans are both technologically advanced scholars and formidable warriors, especially on defense.
Dominus Kashadda: I envision her as a snarky, hard drinking hedge-witch with both powerful healing abilities and extensive medical training. I see her personality as similar in some respects to Star Trek's Dr. McCoy. Her Brewer trait represents her skill at concocting potions. She was persuaded to become the leader of the Dominion because as it was pointed out: '"The land is sick and needs a healer and you are the best healer in the land."
Dominus Kashadda is impressive! Using Polymath and Guided gives you a huge advantage over the AI though, since that +4 customization point.

Backstories make factions more believable and make them more than stats. Remember, this a an RPG to some extent.
ALso I prefer to Level up my Sovereign to a path through actual combat and exploration as opposed to a turn 1 scroll.
As for Polymath and Guided; if P/S is offering them, I will use them....after all, the monsters in the world can be more dangerous than the AI factions.

Thanks for the update!
In my first game, the map changed on me after turn 1. All of a sudden there were extra wild grain patches. Turn 4 and the river dissipated...
I was playing on a Gigantic snaky map.
I started a new game and I did not see any map changes after the first few turns. Then I cast my Fire Shard spell and the game was immediately lost. It said I lost by conquest.
I load the game and cast it again, with no problem.
I'll let you know how it goes.
