Yeah that should not be possible it can only be cast on your own cities like Meditation, sounds like something is messed up.

So I just started playing FE:LH again and have been playing with some mods and noticed someone did a compilation of D&W, COS, Xtra, Necro Revamped, and Paladin so I grabbed that, and I have noticed that all non-Custom sovereigns start with a scroll that gives them every single path ability (the ones from selecting the paths), in the game and makes them level 2, and was curious if that was normal?
Ah ok, thanks. I just did not see it anywhere in the readme or anything about it and I was confused.
Okay another question. I know some mods have fixes for ports that mean you just have to have some part of the city bordering a river instead of the center, does your mod include something like that, (the list is so dammed long !!!)? And if it does, does it include an equivalent for lumber camps?

After having played a bit more with this mod on, I have to say it's great. I love the new quests and frequency and such but was just curious about some things;
1) Why are all citys able to get 3 essences with the channelers legacy building? I am assuming it was to make it fair with the AI so you could plan on them always having it but wasn't sure. It does make settling easier as you don't have to care about essences.
2) Some of the descriptions are a little vague. Some of them (obvious example is the extra moves ability) has like 1/5X, is the X for level? and is it (1/5) * X [assumed this since it makes the most sense] or 1/(5X) [which would be weird].
3) Is there anyway to see how of the pioneer production resource each town has? 4) Holy crap the spider event is hard (not sure if it's a vanilla event or added) but it spawned on season 97 or so, my highest hero is lvl 9, while the spiders are 15+, all the armies are pretty much deadly or epic level and there are masses of them. How are you supposed to beat that so early? I lost all my outposts to the spiders within 10 season.

1) Makes sense. I have seen the AI use it and I do actually like it, I will have to get further in my current game to see if I find it too overpowering personally and want to remove it though. Couldn't get far enough in my last game due to the damned spiders.
My strongest army was only strong still, just starting to get troops with metal/crystal equipment, my sovereign was only lvl 10, and my starting location was a penisula that ended up getting surrounded on all sides by the spiders, also not sure if the lairs are random but most of the lairs were higher level spiders (corpse spiders/ravenous harridans) and only one layer of lower tier spiders.
2) Looking forward to it. For the most part they are understandable and I like that they all follow the same pattern now it's just a few of them it's hard to tell exactly what they do.
3) I see, that makes sense. So you can queue 10 and as soon as one is build you can queue another I take it then?
4) Ya, I tend to play somewhat slower, so the level boosts are hitting kinda hard. As I mentioned, around turn 100 I am generally only lvl 10 on my sovereign.
Still though, great mod, and it in conjunction with D&W (I love summoners now) and CoS, makes the game really fun.

I'll ask abob1 about channeling, honestly we can't remember the specifics. if it happens again I'll let you know and him. It MIGHT have been cast on the new pioneer created duplicate capital city.
for the monsters, again unsure of which monsters we where trying to attack, but she says, it was when all the other glitches mentioned above happened.
For the creatures declaring war, it wasn't a diplomacy screen though that'd be pretty funny, but it was on the right handside where announcements are made.

1) Ya it happened again in my new game (reloaded before event, progressed, no event at all) where it was the spider event, turn 99. When it happens approximately 8 layers are spawned, and a bunch of armies, one army even had 15 black widows in it (to where you had to scroll the troop view window) and a lot of corpse spiders for that one, every spider lvl 15+.
I love the new sovereign screen, that looks nice. Though it reminds me to ask, is there anyway to give custom sovereigns the path scroll and cult secret scroll?
And ya, that event is brutal... pretty much have to spend the next 100 turns throwing troops at it to get anywhere, which is hard with shadow when you have to use a secondary resource to make troops.
Hmm how hard would it be once they are made to add it in? And how hard to make one for custom paths?
